Information and purposes
We process participant details, correspondence, agreements, payment records, photographs, videos, audio and performances to arrange and fulfil paid shoots, produce and publish agreed promotional content, process payments, maintain records and protect legal rights.

Information comes from participants, their representatives, booking platforms, coordinators and production teams.

Legal grounds
We rely on contractual necessity where processing is objectively necessary to fulfil the participant’s agreed engagement, including the creation and use of commissioned promotional content where this forms the substance of that engagement. We rely on applicable legal obligations for required records and legitimate interests in maintaining evidence of permissions and establishing or defending legal claims. Where consent is required, we obtain it before the relevant processing.

Storage, sharing and international access
Files are mainly stored using Google Drive and accessed by authorised NATALYA team members, including in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Information may also be shared as necessary with production partners, booking and payment providers, professional advisers, hosting services, advertising platforms and authorised commercial partners. Published content may be publicly accessible worldwide.

International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

Retention and your rights
We retain information as necessary for lawful content use, engagement administration, required records and applicable legal-claims periods. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, continuing need and applicable legal requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and complain to the competent data-protection authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by email without affecting prior lawful processing.

Information necessary to arrange the engagement and payment must be provided for those purposes. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

Content rights
Content ownership and usage permissions are governed by the signed agreement. This notice does not expand those permissions or override mandatory law.
